This is to inform that in terms of the Companys code of conduct for prevention of insider trading in the Securities of ' Sunrise Industrial Traders Limited' framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 'Trading Window' for designated person and specific Connected person of the Company to deal in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st October 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September 2025 become generally available.
