Our Plans

IFIN has built physical infrastructure like a strong IT backbone, developing robust and dynamic risk management systems, proactive customer relations management systems, research capabilities etc. This will be an ongoing effort to match ever increasing expansion plans. IFIN is poised to augment its institutional broking relationships and at the same time venture into the retail segment in a planned and phased manner through its own branches, sub-brokers and on-line trading platform. 3 Legal - Fixed Term Employment (Contract) – 3 Years First Class graduate in Law 25-35 Chennai Minimum 3 years 1 Responsible for advising on various matters involving diverse provisions of law and furnishing legal opinions Effective handling of legal, contractual and compliance issues, identifying and mitigating legal risks for organizations operations Devise and implement legal standards, processes, systems, effective policies and procedures that ensure legal risks are managed appropriately within the business Drafting, vetting documents, negotiation on terms and finalization of documents, protecting company interest in documentation and litigation Supervise and coordinate the conduct of various court cases, Legal matters of the company across the country and business Identify emerging regulatory and legal issues and developments and to make appropriate recommendation Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate

5 Company secretary - Fixed Term Employment (Contract) – 3 Years ACS 21-35 Chennai Minimum 2 years 1 Company Secretary for our subsidiary, IFIN Securities Finance Limited, • Handling all secretarial & recruitment compliances • Handling Board, Committee and General Meetings • Preparation of Agenda, Minutes related to meetings • Ensure Compliance with RBI, NBFC regulations, ROC, Stock Exchanges, etc. • Preferable NBFC/ Capital Market knowledge • LLB degree would be an advantage Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
