Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited has informed the Exchange regarding We inform you that pursuant to the powers delegated to the Securities Issuance and Investment Committee (the Committee ) by the board of directors of Sammaan Capital Limited (the Company ), the Committee has, at its meeting held on March 24, 2025, approved the proposed issuance of foreign currency denominated bonds by the Company (the Issue ) and the preliminary offering circular in relation to the Issue. Further, a copy of Investors Presentation is enclosed herewith and also being uploaded on our website. The meeting of the Committee commenced at 5:45 A.M. (IST) and concluded at 6:15 A.M. (IST). We request you to take the above on record and the same be treated as compliance under the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations. .
