The Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report issued by Jogin Raval & Associates Chartered Accountants for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 which have been duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee.. 2. The requests received from the Shareholders forming part of Promoter Group of the Company seeking re-classification of their Status from Promoter Group into Public category under Regulation 31A of SEBI LODR Regulations.
