With reference to our letter dated May 16 2025 and pursuant to Regu. 30 read with Schedule III Part A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations we wish to inform that Mukand Ltd. ('the Company') and Mukand Heavy Engineering Ltd. ('MHEL or Transferee Company') a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has executed a Business Transfer Agreement ('BTA') on October 18 2025 for transfer of part of Industrial Machinery Business ('Transferred Business') from the Company to MHEL via Slump Sale on a going concern basis on such terms and conditions as mentioned in the BTA.
