GHV Infra Projects has allotted 4,32,45,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each as fully paid up bonus equity shares in ratio of 3:2. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 7,20,75,000 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
