We wish to inform you that the company has sent the notice of 90th AGM of the Company along with Annual Report for the Financial year ended on March 31 2025 on August 29 2025. Further pursuant to provisions of Regulations 30 and 47 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing herewith the copies of newspaper advertisements published today i.e. August 30 2025 in The Free Press Journal (English Newspaper) and NavShakti (Marathi Newspaper) detailing the procedure with respect to e-voting facility provided by the Company to all its Members to enable them to cast their votes on all matters listed in notice convening 90th AGM of the company scheduled to be held on Tuesday September 23 2025 at 2:00 P.M. through VC/OAVM.
