The Board of Directors of Unison Metals Limited at their meeting held on 22nd August 2025 has inter alia approved the sub-division/split of existing 1 (One) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up into 10 (Ten) equity shares of Rs. 1/- each and subsequent alteration to the MOA of the Company.
