Sammaan Capital Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Domestic liquidity conditions have improved notably, supported by the Reserve Bank of India s accommodative monetary policy stance. Measures such as policy rate reductions, periodic open market operations (OMOs), and sustained liquidity support have infused substantial liquidity into the financial system and reinforced credit flow. As a result, market yields have eased, enabling domestic participants to secure funding at more competitive rates.In this positive monetary environment, Sammaan Capital Limited [ Company ] is seeing strong flow of domestic liquidity across funding sources. Accordingly, the Company s resource raising is now fully focused on domestic sources of funding due to their ample availability and declining incremental costs.The Company hereby issues an offer to all Debenture holder(s) for pre-mature redemption of its NCDs maturing till 30th September 2025. The Asset Liability Management Committee [ALCO] of the Company has decided to make this offer to all the NCD holders to acquire NCDs maturing till 30th September, 2025, on the exchange at par and hold them as treasury stock until maturity. The Company continues to maintain a disciplined approach to liquidity and liability management through proactive Asset-Liability Management (ALM) practices. The Company has consistently maintained a strong investment and liquidity buffer to cover near- to mid-term debt repayments. This liquidity buffer, which it had shored up through the last financial year, will be partially utilized to purchase the bonds the quantum of purchase would effectively be accelerated repayment of debt.For details, refer attachment..
