Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited has informed the Exchange regarding In furtherance to the intimation dated July 02, 2024, intimating change in name of the Company from Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited to Sammaan Capital Limited ( the Company ), please be informed that pursuant to the approvals of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE), vide their letters dated July 22, 2024 (Copy enclosed), effective from July 26, 2024 the shares of the Company shall be traded on NSE & BSE in its new name with new symbol.
