With reference to the captioned subject we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Ather Energy Limited ('the Company') have vide circular resolution passed on September 21 2025 allotted 1351410 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each to eligible ESOP holders who have exercised their stock options under Ather Energy ESOP 2025 Plan. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. Consequent to above the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 378972831 consisting of 378972831 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each to Rs. 380324241 consisting of 380324241 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each.
