The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 05 2025 has inter-alia approved the appointment of M/s Abhishek Gupta & Associates Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of 5 (Five) consecutive years from the financial year 2025-26 to financial year 2029-30 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
