Dear Sir/Madam Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Right Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Indian Infotech and Software Limited (the Company) at its Meeting held on 18th August 2025 has inter alia considered and approved the extension of Rights Issue Closing Date of the ongoing Rights Issue. The Rights Issue which commenced on Wednesday 6th August 2025 and was earlier scheduled to close on Wednesday August 20 2025 will now close on Tuesday 02nd September 2025 in order to provide a further window of opportunity for eligible equity Shareholders to apply.
