Appointment of Mr. Ankit Mehra (DIN: 07669838) as an Additional Director in the capacity of the Executive Director w.e.f. Thursday July 24 2025. 2. Took on record the resignation letter dated Thursday June 26 2025 which is effective from June 30 2025 received from Ms. Drishti Sidhwa (PAN: FCSPS3517K) as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. June 30 2025.
