Vani Commercials Ltd consolidated sales up 1.94% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit surged by 177.78%

Vani Commercials Ltd share price ticked higher by 2.25% to Rs 8.18 after the company's net profit jumped 177.78% to Rs 0.25 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 1.94% to Rs 1.58 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 18.05 lakh crore, gaining 6.20%. It has slipped by 0.94% over last one week and rose by 9.12% in last one month while the market capitalization of Vani Commercials Ltd has marginally improved by 7.65% and 15.49% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Vani Commercials Ltd stood at Rs 0.25 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 66.67% year-on-year, and rallying 177.78% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 0 crore, plunging by 27.78% YoY and expanding by 62.50% sequentially. Total expenses slightly declined by 6.04% to Rs 1.4 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.13 crore, registering a growth of 8.33% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 8.31% to Rs 3.39 crore, while net profit inched up 8.33% to Rs 0.26 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA tumbled by 31% to Rs 0.56 crore, and PBT tanked by 21.31% to Rs 0.48 crore compared to previous TTM. Vani Commercials Ltd crashed 23.84% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.63% during the same period.
