Omaxe Limited reported that the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) dismissed an appeal on September 1, 2026, against a July 30, 2024, SEBI order concerning alleged violations of SEBI regulations, the Listing Agreement, and applicable laws. The appeal involved the company and individuals Rohtaas Goel, Mohit Goel, Arun Kumar Pandey, and Vimal Gupta; Omaxe stated the ruling has no additional material impact.


Sterlite Technologies Ltd. received a credit rating upgrade from Crisil. Long-term instruments were raised from AA- to AA, and short-term ratings reaffirmed. Bank Loan Facilities were reduced to Rs. 3564 crore and carry a rating of Crisil AA/Stable. Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 200.00, Rs. 90.00, and Rs. 100.00 also received the AA/Stable rating. A Commercial Paper issuance of Rs. 700.00 had its rating withdrawn.


Makers Laboratories Ltd. reported to the BSE Limited on September 1, 2026, that CARE Edge Ratings reaffirmed its long-term bank facilities rating as CARE BBB+; Stable. The rating applies to long-term bank facilities valued at Rs 8.00 crore, representing neither an enhancement, assignment, nor withdrawal.


Trident Texofab Ltd. announced CRISIL Ratings Limited has withdrawn credit ratings on its debt instruments, per a voluntary request. Ratings were withdrawn from Bank Facilities totaling Rs. 20 Crore, Rs. 13.25 Crore, a Long Term Loan of Rs. 3.25 Crore, Rs. 0.44 Crore in Proposed Bank Limits, and a Working Capital Term Loan of Rs. 3.06 Crore, previously linked to Axis Bank Limited. The withdrawal was disclosed pursuant to SEBI regulations.
