Shriram Mutual Fund has announced that, Mr. Ramamirtham Thiagarajan has been appointed as an Associate Director [in terms of The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 2026] on the Board of Shriram Trustees Limited with effect from August 10, 2026.

Name: Mr. Ramamirtham Thiagarajan,

Age: 64 years

Designation: “Head of Sales"

Qualification: Mr. R Thiagarajan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. -*
