Shaily Engineering Plastics Ltd consolidated sales up 18.52% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit expanded by 19.55%

Shaily Engineering Plastics Ltd share price dropped 6.29% to Rs 3158.1. The Company's net profit registered a growth of 19.55% to Rs 48.01 crore, while revenue from operations increased 18.52% to Rs 280.67 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Plastic Products - Consumer industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 27584.39 crore, slipping 0.54%. It has improved by 0.65% over last one week and climbed by 10.61% in last one month while the market capitalization of Shaily Engineering Plastics Ltd has marginally improved by 3.19% and 18.09% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Shaily Engineering Plastics Ltd stood at Rs 65.94 crore in Q2 FY26, expanding by 19.72% year-on-year, and rallying 26.03% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 83 crore, jumping 25.06% YoY and surging by 33.66% sequentially. Total expenses advancing by 14.74% to Rs 211.66 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 126.56 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 41.68% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 32.76 crore, rising by 8.44% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 22.20% to Rs 786.8 crore, while net profit surged by 62.54% to Rs 93.12 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 11592% to Rs 173.74 crore, and PBT jumped 70.77% to Rs 119.28 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 110.06 crore in FY26, as against Rs 92.26 crore in FY25. Shaily Engineering Plastics Ltd soared by 98.76% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.63% during the same period.
