Rostrum Realty reports related-party transactions, including a loan from Brookfield India Real Estate Trust

Rostrum Realty Private Limited disclosed significant related-party transactions and subsequent events in its consolidated financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company’s ultimate holding company has varied over time, including Brookfield Corporation, and it maintains relationships with entities such as Metallica Holdings (DIFC) Limited, Brookfield India Real Estate Trust, and Axis Bank Limited. Transactions included rental income payments to Cowrks India and Brookprop Property Management Services, purchases of services from several Brookfield-affiliated companies, and a substantial loan received from Brookfield India Real Estate Trust, along with associated interest expense. Outstanding balances also reflect significant amounts due from and to related parties. Additionally, Rostrum Realty approved the acquisition of a 50% stake in Parthos Properties, subject to approvals, and noted a pending bill amendment that could impact special purpose vehicle taxation.
