Nuvama Wealth subsidiary's long-term debt rating upgraded to 'ACUITE AA/Stable' by Acuite Ratings

Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd announced a credit rating upgrade for the long-term rating assigned to the Non-Convertible Debentures of Nuvama Wealth and Investment Limited, a material wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. Acuite Ratings & Research Limited (“ACUITE”) upgraded the rating from ‘ACUITE AA-/Stable’ to ‘ACUITE AA/Stable’; the rating rationale issued by ACUITE is hosted on their website, and no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted beyond this upgrade. The instruments affected are the Non-Convertible Debentures of Nuvama Wealth and Investment Limited, and the BSE Scrip Code is 543988 while the NSE Symbol is NUVAMA.
