LKP Securities Ltd consolidated sales down 4.43% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit tumbled by 35.40%

LKP Securities Ltd share price inched up 2.80% to Rs 16.5. The Company's net profit tanked by 35.40% to Rs 1.46 crore, while revenue from operations softened by 4.43% to Rs 26.56 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Stockbroking & Allied industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3.24 lakh crore, easing 9.16%. It has eased by 0.83% over last one week and dipped slightly by 2.12% in last one month while the market capitalization of LKP Securities Ltd has improved by 6.18% and 21.21% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of LKP Securities Ltd stood at Rs 2.25 crore in Q2 FY26, plunging by 62.18% year-on-year, and tanking 17.88% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 3 crore, nosediving by 52.58% YoY and slipping 7.80% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 3.28% to Rs 24.51 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 11.71 crore, registering a growth of 9.64% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations declined slightly by 4.45% to Rs 107.15 crore, while net profit plunged by 22.10% to Rs 10.29 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 1193% to Rs 17.33 crore, and PBT collapsed by 24.71% to Rs 13.71 crore compared to previous TTM. LKP Securities Ltd nosedived by 16.54% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.20% during the same period.
