KRBL Ltd. withdraws credit rating for commercial papers following a company request

KRBL Ltd announced today, August 18, 2026, the withdrawal of a credit rating assigned to its Commercial Papers, following a request from the company and due to the absence of any outstanding amount against the Commercial Papers. CARE Ratings Limited has withdrawn the credit rating assigned to the Commercial Papers, and no other rating agencies are mentioned in the announcement concerning the Commercial Papers; the instruments subject to the withdrawal are Commercial Papers. The company secretary, Shubham Kandhway, confirmed this action, and the information is also available on the company's website at www.krblrice.com under the ‘Investor Relations’ heading.
