Kiran Vyapar Ltd consolidated sales up 274.07% on year in Q2FY2026

Kiran Vyapar Ltd share price ticked higher by 2.58% to Rs 199.0 after the company's net profit plunged by 285.95% to Rs 19.45 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 274.07% to Rs 33.03 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 18.05 lakh crore, rising 6.20%. It has softened by 0.94% over last one week and advanced by 9.12% in last one month while the market capitalization of Kiran Vyapar Ltd has eased by 2.40% and 2.03% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Kiran Vyapar Ltd stood at Rs 22.79 crore in Q2 FY26, heading higher 14.58% year-on-year, and tumbling by 272.78% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 13 crore, advancing by 11.61% YoY and nosediving by 236.61% sequentially. Total expenses slightly declined by 3.99% to Rs 19.74 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 1.88 crore, collapsing by 17.90% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations dropped by 15.27% to Rs 112.38 crore, while net profit tanked by 70.72% to Rs 59.11 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 8164% to Rs 53.11 crore, and PBT collapsed by 65.04% to Rs 77.49 crore compared to previous TTM. Kiran Vyapar Ltd fell 7.38% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.63% during the same period.
