Hexagon Nutrition Ltd announced that CARE Ratings Limited has replaced ICRA Limited as the credit rating agency, assigning ratings to its various bank facilities and/or debt instruments, including a CARE A-; Stable rating to Long Term Bank Facilities totaling 23.00, a CARE A-; Stable / CARE A2+ rating to Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities amounting to 43.00, and a CARE A -; Stable / CARE A2+ rating to Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities also totaling 43.00, all based on an independent assessment of the company’s financial and operational profile; the agency also assigned a CARE A-; Stable rating to Long Term Bank Facilities of 23.00, and noted multiple term loans with a latest maturity of June 2030, along with proposed term loans of 18.03, while also indicating continuous monitoring of existing bank facilities, and acknowledging that CARE=dge RATINGS possesses incomplete information; CareEdge Ratings noted that their rating reflects opinions as on the date of the rating, and no rating data was provided by other agencies.
