Datamatics Global Services Ltd consolidated sales down 1.03% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit surged by 61.27%

Datamatics Global Services Ltd share price ticked higher by 4.47% to Rs 876.7 after the company's net profit soared by 61.27% to Rs 72.36 crore, while revenue from operations softened by 1.03% to Rs 513.91 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of IT Enabled Services industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.5 lakh crore, gaining 3.78%. It has inched up 2.87% over last one week and heading higher by 11.25% in last one month while the market capitalization of Datamatics Global Services Ltd has improved by 4.31% and 6.45% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Datamatics Global Services Ltd stood at Rs 91.99 crore in Q2 FY26, surging by 43.98% year-on-year, and rallying 24.72% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 83 crore, expanding by 30.29% YoY and dropping 12.82% sequentially. Total expenses grew marginally by 0.98% to Rs 435.5 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 317.99 crore, easing 3.86% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 11.19% to Rs 1723.36 crore, while net profit saw a mild growth of 4.25% to Rs 205.51 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 20969% to Rs 182.82 crore, and PBT slipped by 0.61% to Rs 249.3 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 223.72 crore in FY26, as against Rs 183.87 crore in FY25. Datamatics Global Services Ltd tumbled by 17.59% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.20% during the same period.
