Commercial Syn Bags Ltd consolidated sales up 8.52% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit surged by 40.85%

Commercial Syn Bags Ltd share price advanced by 7.63% to Rs 224.95 after the company's net profit soared by 40.85% to Rs 8.93 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 8.52% to Rs 109.13 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Packaging industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 46058.55 crore, easing 8.21%. It has eased by 0.34% over last one week and climbed by 11.14% in last one month while the market capitalization of Commercial Syn Bags Ltd has marginally improved by 4.65% and 47.03% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Commercial Syn Bags Ltd stood at Rs 11.51 crore in Q2 FY26, surging by 75.19% year-on-year, and rallying 41.57% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 15 crore, jumping 44.33% YoY and expanding by 41.85% sequentially. Total expenses inched up 5.48% to Rs 96.42 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 64.21 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 39.86% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 18.0 crore, dipping slightly 0.28% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations jumped by 20.59% to Rs 347.82 crore, while net profit jumped 117.81% to Rs 17.12 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 2028% to Rs 31.53 crore, and PBT soared 99.35% to Rs 21.41 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1.02 crore in FY26, as against Rs 6.1 crore in FY25. Commercial Syn Bags Ltd rallied 69.90% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.63% during the same period.
