Board of HCL Technologies recommends Fourth Interim Dividend

HCL Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 January 2026, has recommended Fourth Interim Dividend of Rs.12 per share (i.e.600%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
