Arisinfra Solutions Ltd consolidated sales down 15.30% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit eased 7.48%

Arisinfra Solutions Ltd share price declined by 0.34% to Rs 130.1 after the company's net profit slipped by 7.48% to Rs 20.03 crore, while revenue from operations reduced 15.30% to Rs 290.81 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Other Construction Materials industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 12092.08 crore, surging by 20.62%. It has eased by 4.57% over last one week and softened by 4.13% in last one month while the market capitalization of Arisinfra Solutions Ltd has marginally improved by 1.21% and 10.52% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Arisinfra Solutions Ltd stood at Rs 26.67 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 322.66% year-on-year, and slipping 7.20% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 26 crore, jumping 78.88% YoY and rising 7.21% sequentially. Total expenses reduced by 16.66% to Rs 262.16 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 12.02 crore, surging 13.08% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 39.05% to Rs 1067.46 crore, while net profit surged by 903.16% to Rs 60.29 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 3561% to Rs 88.19 crore, and PBT jumped 541.22% to Rs 78.55 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 141.99 crore in FY26, as against Rs 21.28 crore in FY25. Arisinfra Solutions Ltd nosedived by 15.96% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.20% during the same period.
