Tega Industries allots 85.92 lakh equity shares on preferential basis

The board of Tega Industries at its meeting held on 28 November 2025 has allotted 85,92,206 fully paid-up equity shares of the Company having face value of Rs 10/- each, at an issue price of Rs 1994/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs 1984/-) on a preferential basis to the allottees, aggregating up to Rs. 17,13,28,58,764.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 6,65,35,4920 (6,65,35,492 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 75,12,76,980 (7,51,27,698 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each), ranking pari-passu, in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.
