The Board approved convening an EGM of the shareholders of the Company on 10th July 2025 at 11:00 a.m. 6. Appointment of M/s Harish P. Jain & Associates (Membership No. FCS 4203 COP No. 4100) Practicing Company Secretaries to act as the Scrutinizer of the Company for the purpose of ensuing EGM of the Company 7.
