NMS Resources Global Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/06/2025 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to our intimation dated May 22nd 2025 and 31st May 2025 04th June 2025 under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 regarding Board Meeting to be held on 11th June 2025 for approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31st 2025. This is to inform you that due to the unavailability of the certain documents and other information the preparation of results and its audit thereof is still continuing and hence the said Board Meeting has been rescheduled to be held on Wednesday 25th June 2025.
