To consider and approve appointment of M/s PSV Jain & Associates Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditor of the Company for period of 5 years starting from Financial Year 2025-26. 5. To consider and approve appointment of M/s Shravan Gupta & Associates Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for period of 5 years starting from Financial Year 2025-26.
