Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) amendment regulations 2018 & Company Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report the trading of Securities of the Company read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 this is to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of our company will be closed for 'designated person' and their 'immediate relatives' w.e.f 01st October 2025. The Trading window shall be opened after 48 hours of conclusion of the Board meeting in which financial results for the 2nd Quarter ended 30th September 2025 shall be approved.
