In continuation to our earlier letter dated 11th November 2024 on the subject matter we would like to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 and in terms of the approval granted by the Board of Directors of the Company the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company namely IFB Agro Marine (FZE) formally registered at Sharjah International Airport engaged in the business of trading Marine Sea Food has been voluntarily liquidated/closed w.e.f 30th September 2025 along with its Representative Office in Dubai.
