Dr Lal Pathlabs has allotted 8,37,75,510 equity shares under bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1 on 22 December 2025. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,67,55,10,200 consisting of 16,75,51,020 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
