Board of Bajaj Finance approve transfer of 49 lakh equity shares to ESOS Trust

The board of Bajaj Finance at its meeting held on 19 October 2026 approved the issue of 49,00,737 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 at the respective grant prices to the Trustees of BFL Employee Welfare Trust under the BFL Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009.
