Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 31A(8)(d) of the SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 as amended we wish to inform you that the Stock Exchanges vide their respective letters dated 15th July 2025 have given their approval for the reclassification of Mr. Shikhar Raj Ms. Sadhika Raj Ms. Sakshi Sinha and Mr. Satyam Sinha from the Promoter Group category to Public category.
