In continuation of our earlier disclosure dated October 4 2025 regarding the outcome of the Board Meeting held on Saturday October 4 2025 at 11:00 a.m. we wish to inform the Exchange that an inadvertent discrepancy has been noticed in Annexure 1(b) of Annexure 1 which contained the details of the pre- and post-transaction shareholding of the proposed allottees. Relevant details as per annexure enclosed herein.
