Notice of 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held through Video Conferencing ('VC'/Other Audio-Visual Means ('OAVM') on Tuesday 30th day of September 2025. The venue of the AGM shall be deemed to be the Registered Office of the Company. 2. Approval of the Directors Report for the year ended 31st March 2025 along with Annexures thereto. 3. Appointment of C V Reddy K & Associates Company Secretaries as Scrutinizer for evaluating the voting process for 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
