We wish to inform that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today (07.05.2025) the Directors have amongst other subjects approved the following: A. Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015. A copy of the Audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st March 2025 along with the Audit Report declaring unmodified opinion is enclosed. B. Changes in Key Managerial Personnel - Acceptance of Resignation of Mr. S. Nandakumar from the post of Chief Financial officer and Appointment of Mr. Prem Babu as the Chief Financial officer and Key Managerial personnel of the Company. Disclosure as required under SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated JuIy 13 2023 - Annexure enclosed
