NBCC (India) invests in newly incorporated subsidiary in Dubai

NBCC (India) has received RBI approval for Overseas Direct Foreign Investment to invest in the equity share capital of its newly incorporated entity. NBCC (India) has accordingly remitted AED 1,000,000 as equity in NBCC Overseas Real Estate LLC.
