The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 29th August 2025 has approved the appointment of M/s. Manish Pandey & Associates Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditor of the Company (subject to shareholders approval) and appointment of M/s. Vikash Gupta & Associates Company Secretaries as the Scrutinizer for E-voting process at the 40th annual general meeting of the company
