Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 5,16,185 equity shares under ESOP on 10 February 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 26,18,12,05,620 (i.e. 2,61,81,20,562 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each).
