Board of Bajaj Electricals recommends Final Dividend

Bajaj Electricals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2025, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.3 per share (i.e.150%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
