Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 21,25,86,945 consisting of 4,25,17,389 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each to Rs. 21,26,54,945 consisting of 4,25,30,989 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
