Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 81,000 Secured, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures, having a face value of Rs. 1,00,000 per Debenture aggregating to Rs. 810 crore on private placement basis on 26 December 2025.
