Visesh Infotecnics Limited has informed the Exchange regarding This is in continuation of our disclosure submitted by the Company yesterday i.e., 15th October 2025, wherein we had informed the Stock Exchanges that the Writ Petition filed by MPS Infotecnics Limited was withdrawn due to certain technical deficiencies. The Hon ble Court had granted liberty to the Company s counsel to file a fresh Writ Petition.In this regard we wish to inform you that the Company has filed a fresh Writ Petition before the Hon ble Delhi High Court of Delhi vide diary No. E-6783718/2025 dated 15th October, 2025 in the matter of MPS Infotecnics Limited versus Securities Exchange Board of India and others i.e. Central Depository Services (India) Limited, National Securities Depository Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited..
