Visesh Infotecnics Limited has informed the Exchange regarding This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated 18th September 2025, wherein we informed the Stock Exchanges that the Writ Petition filed by MPS Infotecnics Limited was, listed as Item No. 25 in the cause list of Hon ble Justice Mr. Sachin Dutta before the Hon ble High Court of Delhi, and was adjourned & listed the petition to15th October 2025.In this regard we wish to inform you that the said writ petition was mentioned by our advocates appearing for the Company & sought the Hon ble Court s permission to withdraw and with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition as the Writ Petition suffered from certain technical deficiencies. Upon hearing, the court permitted the Company s counsel to withdraw and file a fresh writ Petition.The above is subject to orders dictated by the Court, & which shall be made available as soon as the same is uploaded on the Court s website.
