This is to inform you that the Company has received a query from the Stock Exchange regarding the unaudited financial results declared for the quarter ended on 30th September 2025 on 07th October 2025 under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 seeking certified true copy of the resolution passed in the Board Meeting of the Company authorizing the director to sign the financial results.
