The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today interalia approved & recommended the following: 1. Approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025 and took note of the Audit Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company; 2. Recommended a Final Dividend of Re. l (100%) per Equity Share (of face value of Re. l each) for the financial year ended 31st March 2025 subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing 41st Annual General Meeting.
